Provo-Orem, Utah, has largest percentage job gain from June 2014 to June 2015

Nonfarm payroll employment increased in 317 metropolitan areas from June 2014 to June 2015. Employment decreased in 61 areas and did not change in 9 areas. The largest over-the-year percentage gain in employment occurred in Provo-Orem, Utah (6.9 percent), followed by Sebring, Florida (6.1 percent), and Lake Charles, Louisiana (6.0 percent). Nationally, nonfarm employment grew 2.1 percent from June 2014 to June 2015.
