Annual Refiling Survey (ARS) Web Emails

To save tax dollars, the Annual Refiling Survey (ARS) is increasing methods of online contact with survey respondents. If you received an email prompt it was sent to you because you reported data for your company online in the past, or because your email is on file for the company with your state's Unemployment Insurance program. 

 Two emails are sent to respondents selected for the ARS:



Why do we send two emails? For security and confidentiality purposes, the Web ID(s) and password(s) cannot be transmitted to respondents in the same email message. Furthermore, the emails we send include the statement below affirming our commitment to the responsible treatment of confidential information in our possession.
