Prices in the West Region, as measured by the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U), advanced 0.5 percent in April, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported today.
In 2021, Oregon women who were full-time wage and salary workers had median usual weekly earnings of $967, or 85.7 percent of the $1,128 median usual weekly earnings of their male counterparts.
Oregon had 121,000 job openings in February 2023, compared to 133,000 openings in January, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported today.
