Gasoline prices averaged $4.229 a gallon in the Boston-Cambridge-Newton area in April 2022, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported today.
Total compensation costs for private industry workers increased 5.6 percent in the Boston-Worcester-Providence, MA-RI-NH-CT, metropolitan area for the year ended March 2022.
The Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U) for Boston was up 1.9 percent over the two months, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported today.
