Real average hourly earnings rise 2.1 percent from February 2014 to February 2015

Real average hourly earnings for all employees on private nonfarm payrolls increased 2.1 percent, seasonally adjusted, from February 2014 to February 2015. This increase, combined with a 0.6-percent increase in the average workweek, resulted in a 2.6-percent increase in real average weekly earnings over the year.

The increase in real average hourly earnings, combined with a 0.9-percent increase in the average workweek, resulted in a 3.2-percent increase in real average weekly earnings over the year.
