DiSP:  Dispersion Statistics on Productivity

The CSV files contain within-industry dispersion statistics for the variable indicated in the file name:
output-per-hour-dispersion.csv			Output per hour           (activity weights: total hours);
	
multifactor-productivity-dispersion.csv		Multifactor productivity  (activity weights: cost-share-based input index);


Variable names in csv files:
naics4 - 4-digit industry identifier
YEAR   - time identifier
sd     - standard deviation
d7525  - difference between the 75th and 25th percentile of the within-industry distribution of log-productivity in a given year
d9010  - difference between the 90th and 10th percentile of the within-industry distribution of log-productivity in a given year
*      - activity weighted dispersion, where the weight is defined by the denominator of the productivity indicator

cm-1997-2012-estab-counts.csv:
	Number of establishments in 4-digit NAICS industries.
	This information was taken from the Economic Censuses of 1997,2002,2007,2012.
