Correction to news release Nonfatal Occupational Injuries and Illnesses Requiring Days Away From Work, 2005 and to CH database

The news release, "Nonfatal Occupational Injuries and Illnesses Requiring Days Away From Work, 2005," was reissued on November 1, 2007, to revise age group estimates in industries included in NAICS 212, Mining (except Oil and Gas). These revised estimates also affect the age group estimates for these higher level industry sectors: Mining (NAICS code 22); Natural Resources and Mining; Goods-producing industries; and total private industry. The revised estimates are for one age group only: ages 35 through 44. Corrected resource tables were also posted and are available at https://www.bls.gov/iif/nonfatal-injuries-and-illnesses-tables/soii-case-and-demographic-characteristics-historical-data.htm. The online CH database, accessible at https://data.bls.gov/GQT/servlet/InitialPage, was corrected on October 5, 2007.
