The Geocode Application DocumentHere is a Geocode application document for the NLSY97, NLSY79, and NLSY79 Young Adult cohorts. (Zip, 12KB) When the file is unzipped, it will be in MSWord. After you complete the application, please e-mail it directly to NLSYGeocode@bls.gov. If the application is approved, the cost of the geocode and main file data will be $20. NLS staff will contact you about the status of your application. A zip file utility is necessary to extract this file. How to view zipped files. For more information about the NLS geocode program, see the web links below.
